We are delighted to have achieved planning permission for a replacement dwelling in Poole, for a 4 bedroomed 2000 sq ft detached modern house.
Planning has been granted on the first attempt after successfully negotiating with the Local Planning Authority on minor design alterations. The planning application was heard at committee with a recommendation for approval from the case officer, and was unanimously voted for approval by the committee members. The approval marks our continued success to obtain planning approvals for individually design homes throughout the Poole area and particularly Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs.
